Right now, the need for compressed air is everywhere, you can see an air compressor almost in every workshop. Especially in factories, compressed air is needed as a source of power, and the compressed air equipment is a screw air compressor which is more powerful than a reciprocating air compressor.
There are two types of air compressors that are very popular in the market, one is called a reciprocating air compressor and the other is a screw air compressor. They are air compressed equipment and they are being used in different situations. A screw air compressor is often used in a situation where there needs a huge quantity of compressed air while the reciprocating air compressor is used in a small workshop and the need of compressed air is not that much.
A screw air compressor can produce compressed air continuous for use and it is very stable while reciprocating air compressor often can not do that and it needs to compress the air into an air receiver tank then you can use the compressed air safely. The mechanism of these air compressors is not the same. A reciprocating air compressor uses a piston pump to suck the air and then compressed the air into an air tank receiver, a screw air compressor uses two screws to press the air continuously into compressed air and it can be used directly.
The price of a screw air compressor is a bit higher than a reciprocating air compressor because a screw air compressor equips with a microcomputer to monitor the temperature, the pressure, and so on. A reciprocating air compressor is a simple air compressor, it compresses the air into an air receiver tank, then a monitor controls the pressure of the air receiver tank.
